Growing your own plants will give you a finished product that rivials any dispensary sold flower. In my last commercial grow, we averaged around 400 plants per employee. With that many plants per employee, it makes it difficult to give plants the timely attention they need. In most legal states you are growing at most 6 plants. A big difference in the amount of attention given. Adding the right knowledge, you can produce connoisseur quality flower free of mold, yeast, and other issues that can ruin your flowers quality.

Indica dominate strains tend to grow smaller than satva dominate strains. So if you have a grow space with a low ceiling, you may want to grow genetics leaning more indica dominate. You can grow sativa's in low ceiling grow spaces. Just know that you will be training the plant from early days in its veg phase through the end of week 4 of flower. Training would be topping the top of the plant and bending taller shoots letting the lower ones grow to the top. Sativa's tend to yield less as well.
